What is the minimum duration of the service?
The chauffeur-by-the-hour service is usually booked from a minimum of 4 hours, extendable to your needs, even to full days or several days.
Is there a mileage limit?
Within the Madrid region and the 150 km radius we apply no mileage limit during the contracted hours. Beyond 100 km from base the minimum is 8 hours, and beyond 150 km the service is booked by full days. Outside the radius, the journey is priced as long distance.
Can I extend the hours on the move?
Yes, subject to availability. Simply let your chauffeur know and we shall extend the service without complications.
For what occasions is it recommended?
It is ideal for business days with several meetings, shopping sessions, property viewings, audiovisual productions or to attend to a guest during their stay.
Can I book a chauffeur for hours in Madrid starting at the airport?
Your hourly disposition can begin directly at the Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas airport. The driver will welcome you at the arrivals hall with a personalized sign and assist with your luggage. This initial pickup includes a complimentary waiting period of 60 minutes for international flights and 45 minutes for domestic arrivals, calculated from the actual landing time.
How far outside the city can we travel during the booked time?
The service covers the entire Community of Madrid and a radius of up to 150 kilometers from our operating base. This allows you to include destinations such as Toledo or Segovia within your itinerary without mileage restrictions. Please note that pick-up points beyond 100 kilometres from the base require a minimum booking of eight hours, and that beyond 150 kilometres the service is booked by full days.
How do I coordinate the pick-up after each stop?
The assigned professional will provide you with their direct contact number upon arrival. While you attend your commitments, the vehicle remains parked in the closest authorized area to ensure a prompt departure. A simple message a few minutes before you finish is enough to have the car waiting at the door.
When is an hourly service not the most suitable option?
If your requirement is a single, direct journey from one point to another, booking a standard point-to-point transfer is the appropriate choice. The hourly disposition is designed specifically for itineraries requiring multiple stops, waiting times, or a flexible schedule. Journeys estimated to take less than 90 minutes without intermediate stops are always managed as direct transfers.
