Privyde collects the following personal information: full name, email address, phone number, transfer origin and destination, and any additional information you voluntarily provide through our contact or booking forms.
2. Use of information
We use your personal information only to: (a) process and confirm your reservations, (b) communicate with you regarding your service, (c) improve our services and customer care, (d) comply with legal and tax obligations.
3. Data protection
We implement technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Your data is stored on secure servers and only authorised personnel have access.
4. Confidentiality
Privyde is committed to maintaining the absolute confidentiality of all our clients’ data. We do not share, sell or transfer your personal information to third parties, except where required by law.
5. Your rights

Terms
Terms of Service
1. Reservations
Reservations must be made at least 2 hours in advance. Privyde reserves the right to accept or reject last-minute reservations based on availability.
2. Cancellations
Cancellations more than 4 hours in advance: no charge. Less than 4 hours: 50% of the service charge applies. No-show: 100% of the service charge applies.
3. Punctuality
Our chauffeurs arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time. For airport transfers, we recommend scheduling 3 hours before flight departure. Courtesy waiting time: 15 minutes; additional time is charged at current rates.
4. Responsibilities
Privyde is not responsible for items left in the vehicle after 24 hours of service. We recommend checking all belongings when exiting the vehicle.
5. Modifications
Privyde reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon publication on this website.
