How does the booking process work?
Complete the form with the relevant details, origin, destination, date and time. Our team will review the request and send confirmation with the assigned chauffeur and vehicle within 30 minutes during business hours.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
You may cancel free of charge up to 6 hours before the transfer. For changes to the time, route or vehicle, contact us via WhatsApp or phone and we will adjust subject to availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, bank transfer and cash payment to the driver. For companies and frequent clients we offer monthly invoicing with preferential terms.
Does the price include tolls and parking?
The base price covers the chauffeur and premium vehicle. Tolls and parking at the destination are invoiced separately and itemised in the confirmation.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur will automatically adjust the pickup time at no additional cost.
