With the meet & greet service at Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas, a uniformed chauffeur waits for you inside the arrivals hall with a name sign, takes your luggage and walks you straight to the vehicle. It is available on any service with an airport pickup, including long-distance journeys, and comes included with the V300 Atelier class.
From touchdown to the car
We track your flight number in real time, so the pickup adjusts automatically to the actual landing time, whether the flight is early or delayed. From touchdown you have a complimentary waiting window of 60 minutes on international arrivals (45 on domestic), counted from when the aircraft actually lands. That comfortably covers passport control and baggage reclaim at Barajas, including the automated train transfer if you arrive at the T4S satellite, which adds 15 to 20 minutes before you reach the T4 arrivals hall. Your chauffeur is positioned when you walk out, not queuing you against a clock.
Booking it for someone else
Most of our meet & greet requests are made by assistants and travel managers for a visiting executive or guest. You book and we ask for three things: the flight number, the name to print on the sign (a company name works too) and the terminal if known. Your guest is received in arrivals with nothing to coordinate on their side. An English-speaking chauffeur can be requested with 24 hours' notice, at no change to the process.
What it costs
With the V300 Atelier class the welcome is included in the transfer fare. With the standard class it is a fixed add-on shown in the online quote before you confirm: you see the closed price with and without it. The airport transfer itself starts from 160 € as a fixed fare, with no meter and no surge pricing.
