How does the booking process work?
Complete the form with your details, pickup, destination, date and time. Our team will review your request and you will receive confirmation with your chauffeur and vehicle details within 2 hours during business hours.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the transfer; after that, capacity-reservation terms apply. For changes to time, route or vehicle, contact us by WhatsApp or phone and we'll adjust them subject to availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is made via secure link —card, Apple Pay or Google Pay— once your booking is confirmed. We do not accept cash or on-board payment. For companies and frequent clients we offer invoicing under a framework agreement.
Does the price include tolls and parking?
Yes. The fare is all-inclusive: chauffeur, premium vehicle, fuel, tolls and the driver's return. Any additional service you request is detailed and confirmed beforehand, never as a later charge.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur will automatically adjust the pickup time at no additional cost.
