How many vehicles can you coordinate for a large event?

Our partner network allows us to deploy from 5 to over 100 vehicles simultaneously. We have successfully managed international congresses with 80+ daily transfers and IBEX 35 events with fleets of 30 premium saloons, each with GPS tracking.

How do you handle confidentiality for high-level executives?

All chauffeurs sign non-disclosure agreements and are trained in executive protocol. We never share itinerary or passenger information. For maximum-sensitivity events, we can assign drivers with enhanced security clearance and vehicles with reinforced privacy glass.

Do you operate outside the capital for corporate events?
