Fares a travel manager can put in a budget
Long-distance corridors carry one closed rate that includes VAT, tolls, fuel and the driver's return to base: Madrid-Barcelona from 1,800 €, Madrid-Valencia from 1,000 €, Madrid-Marbella from 1,600 €. The corridor fare applies from any pickup point in Madrid to any drop-off in the destination city; there is no small print re-pricing the last kilometres. Booking for others, paying as a company
Most corporate bookings are made by an assistant or travel manager for someone else. The process is built for that: book through the quote engine, by email or by WhatsApp, name the passenger, and payment is settled by secure Stripe link (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay). No cash, and nothing is settled in the car. Companies with recurring volume can move to monthly invoicing under a framework agreement; our commercial team sets that up directly.
The operational guarantees
- Airport pickups include real-time flight tracking and complimentary waiting counted from the actual landing: 60 minutes on international flights, 45 on domestic.
- Chauffeurs who speak English (or French) can be requested for any service with 24 hours' notice.
- Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before a transfer or hourly service, and up to 72 hours before a long-distance journey (50% refund between 72 and 24 hours).
- Coverage spans continental Spain in both directions from Madrid, plus continental Portugal and the accessible south of France with 48 hours' notice.
Where this fits, and where it doesn't
Privyde is not a local operator in every Spanish city: local pickups in Barcelona or Valencia are not the product. The product is the corridor: executive long distance anchored to Madrid, in either direction, plus everything within Madrid and its 150 km radius.
