Reliable executive transport and private chauffeur services in Spain. Discover our corporate protocols for roadshows, airport transfers, and intercity travel.
Executive transport services provide reliable, discreet, and seamless ground mobility for corporate agendas and VIP clients. Operating from our operational base in Madrid, PRIVYDE ensures point-to-point transfers, hourly dispositions for roadshows, and intercity travel across Spain without friction. Our protocols are specifically designed for international executives who require a mobile office environment and absolute punctuality.
Executive Transport Services in Spain: The Corporate Standard
Corporate mobility demands a standardized protocol where the principal passenger can work or rest without interruption. Our operational center is located in Madrid, allowing us to cover the entire Community of Madrid and its surrounding 150-kilometer radius for daily operations. For national coverage, our executive transport functions through bidirectional long-distance corridors connecting the capital with any major city in continental Spain.
Every service is executed with a strict commitment to privacy. Our drivers are trained to maintain a silent environment unless engaged by the passenger, ensuring the vehicle functions as a true extension of the workspace. We do not accept cash payments or on-board transactions. All financial logistics are handled prior to the service via a secure corporate payment link or through a centralized B2B monthly invoice, allowing the executive to simply enter and exit the vehicle without administrative delays.
Fleet Capabilities for VIP Clients
The choice of vehicle dictates the environment for the executive. PRIVYDE operates exclusively with premium multi-purpose vehicles, ensuring ample space for passengers and luggage without compromising on elegance.
Our Standard line utilizes Mercedes-Benz V-Class vehicles under five years old. These units feature a uniformed driver, complimentary bottled water, and available WiFi connectivity. This tier is highly effective for standard airport transfers, daily corporate commuting, and standard roadshows where efficiency and comfort are the primary requirements.
For C-level executives and VIP clients, we deploy the Atelier Collection. This is our flagship line, featuring the Mercedes-Benz V300 Avantgarde Extralong. The interior is heavily customized with Executive Captain seats offering massage, ventilation, and heating functions. The cabin includes a 15.6-inch multimedia screen, private WiFi, a built-in refrigerator, and a modular configuration that adapts strictly to the passenger's preferences.
Airport Protocols and Meet & Greet Availability
Airport arrivals are a critical touchpoint in executive transport. At the Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas Airport, our Meet & Greet protocol ensures the chauffeur waits in the designated arrivals hall holding a personalized sign with the passenger's name or the corporate logo. The driver then assists with all luggage from the terminal directly to the parked vehicle. This Meet & Greet service is available as an add-on for the Standard tier and is automatically included in the Atelier Collection.
Flight monitoring is standard across all airport transfers. We track the flight in real time and adjust the driver's arrival based on the actual landing time, not the scheduled time.
Our courtesy waiting periods are strictly defined to accommodate standard airport procedures. For international flights, the chauffeur will wait for 60 minutes free of charge starting from the moment the aircraft lands. For domestic flights, the courtesy period is 45 minutes. If immigration or baggage claim delays exceed these windows, a waiting surcharge applies, billed fractionally every 15 minutes. This ensures the vehicle remains secured for the client regardless of unforeseen airport delays.
Managing Executive Agendas: Hourly Disposition
When an executive's agenda involves multiple meetings, site visits, or a full-day roadshow, point-to-point transfers become inefficient. For these scenarios, we utilize our Hourly Disposition service. This assigns a specific vehicle and driver to the exclusive disposal of the client for a continuous block of time.
The minimum duration for this service is four hours, with standard blocks available for eight and twelve hours. For instance, an eight-hour standard disposition is priced at 800 €. During this time, the client can make unlimited stops. The chauffeur waits parked as close as legally possible to each venue, ready to depart the moment the executive finishes their engagement.
This service covers routing within the Community of Madrid and its surrounding 150-kilometer radius (including cities like Toledo, Segovia, and Avila) during the contracted block, without applying long-distance per-kilometer rates. If the itinerary extends beyond this radius, the service transitions to a long-distance quotation.
Intercity Corridors: Madrid as the National Hub
Domestic flights and high-speed trains are not always the most efficient choice for VIP clients, especially when factoring in terminal wait times, security lines, and the lack of door-to-door privacy. Our long-distance executive transport connects Madrid with any location in mainland Spain.
These corridors operate bidirectionally. The rate for traveling from Madrid to Valencia is identical to the rate for traveling from Valencia to Madrid. A dedicated transfer from Madrid to Valencia operates with a fixed, transparent rate.
The quoted price for these routes is comprehensive. It includes the applicable VAT, all highway tolls, fuel, the driver's basic per diem, and the cost of the vehicle returning to its base in Madrid. There are no hidden fees. If a service begins between 23:00 and 06:00 local time, a standard nocturnal surcharge is applied to the base rate. Additionally, if the journey requires the driver to stay overnight outside of Madrid, a specific overnight surcharge is communicated and approved prior to booking.
Corporate Accounts, B2B Billing, and Cancellations
For companies requiring recurrent executive transport, PRIVYDE offers structured corporate service tiers. The Standard B2B tier requires a minimum of five monthly services, while the Premium and Corporate tiers cater to higher volumes, offering benefits such as priority dispatch, custom Service Level Agreements, and a dedicated account manager.
Billing for corporate accounts is consolidated into a single monthly invoice with 30-day payment terms, subject to credit approval. This eliminates the need for traveling executives to process individual expenses or carry corporate cards during their trips.
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and predictable. Standard transfers and hourly dispositions can be canceled without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Long-distance intercity services require a 72-hour notice for free cancellation, as they involve complex vehicle blocking and driver scheduling.
When Our Executive Transport Is Not the Right Fit
Transparency is a core value of our concierge service. There are specific operational scenarios where our model may not align with a client's request.
First, we do not operate short, multi-stop trips under a standard transfer rate. If a client requests a pickup, a 40-minute wait at a second location, and a final drop-off, this cannot be billed as a simple point-to-point transfer. It automatically requires an Hourly Disposition booking with a four-hour minimum.
Second, because our operational base is in Madrid, we do not provide local transport entirely within other cities. We will gladly execute a transfer from Madrid to Barcelona, or from Barcelona to Madrid. However, if a client requires three days of local hourly disposition exclusively within the city limits of Barcelona, we will decline the service, as dispatching a vehicle from Madrid for purely local operations in Catalonia is not cost-effective for the client.
For seamless management of your next corporate roadshow or VIP transfer, we invite you to request a quote through our digital concierge or contact our commercial team for framework agreements.
